* 2oz Vodka
* ½ oz Apple Pucker Schnapps
* ½ oz Apple Juice
* Ice
* Apple Slice
Prepare apple slices ahead of time: Slice mid-sections of green apples showing off the 5-point star in the core. This makes for a dazzling presentation. (Remember to remove the seeds) Store these slices in 7-UP to deter oxidation. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Adjust the apple pucker to taste and keep it really cold. It’s best to chill both the vodka and the apple pucker. Float one slice of green apple on top of your drink. Serve Appletini and enjoy!
